Pricing

• 95,00 Euro per night for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• 115,00 Euro per night for Friday or Saturday
• Special days (like Christmas, New year’s eve, …): add €30 Euro to that night
• Extra people: €15 / night after 2 guests
• Children below 2 years are free. Please do not put them in your booking but tell us about them.
• Minimum duration for a stay: 2 days
• Cleaning Fee: €60
• Weekly discount: 6%
• Monthly discount: 14%

Direct bookings: Booking portals charge fees for their services. That’s why we offer a 5% discount for people who book directly through this page. Please use “direct” as discount code.
Payment: Due with booking, multiple payment options available (Bank transfers, Credit cards, Paypal, …)
Cancellation: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, for later cancellations guests get 50% of new bookings in cancelled period (without cleaning fees)
